Morning J, My name is Michelle and I just wanted to say thank you to Stephen (and the lovely blonde lady at reception who I unfortunately didn’t get the name of) for the experience that I had with you guys on Tuesday of this week when I had my car serviced.
In the past I’ve had REALLY terrible experiences with Mitsubishi (which Stephen and I had a laugh about lol) but when I picked up my car on Tuesday EVERYTHING was clearly explained to me and you had been so thorough with the work. I will be so happy to be bringing my car to Redline in the future
I’m not normally someone that will email in with feedback... but in this case I felt I had to do it cause I was so happy with the experience! Michelle S

Thanks Dan and Sherri for the great work you do on my little car (2003 Corolla). Since I've been with you guys my car has never broken down and being a woman I dont want to be ripped off by shonky mechanics. I know my car is well looked after like my babies. Thanks

I recently had my car serviced at Redline Efi. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and informative all the staff there were. They were great with communication both over the phone and in person and explained everything in detail. I was very happy with the overall experience and actually mentioned that to the staff when I picked up my vehicle. I would be more than happy to recommend them as a female friendly workshop.

Tired of being treated like a number and an ignorant female, I turned to Redline EFI Performance Mechanical Workshop for my car needs and since then haven't looked back. There is a lot you can say for a family run business. They take time not only getting to know your car but you yourself and before you know it you feel like part of the family.

I had my car serviced recently with Redline and was extremely impressed. I found the staff to very helpful and friendly. I needed a fair bit of work done to my car which was explained to me with much detail so it was easy to understand. Normally with past mechanics I have used they tend to ramble off the things that need attention and say see you later. Also I needed two tyres in two days attended to and they had no problems fitting me in straight away which I greatly appreciated. *****
